Hardware & Software Services

• A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to begin any form of hardware or software tech work — diagnostics, repairs, custom builds, or development. It ensures commitment on both sides, establishes clear scope, and covers the bench time invested in your job even if you choose not to proceed.
• Beyond the deposit, every tech job is handled through a written contract — scope, rates, and terms are agreed in writing before any work begins, so there’s never a question about what you’re paying for.
• Final payment is processed through your chosen payment processor, giving you a secure, documented transaction on your terms.
• We track every minute with detailed work logs for your peace of mind — you’ll never wonder where your money went.
• We’ll always get your approval before proceeding with any work beyond the original estimate.

Mobile Automotive Services

• A $25 deposit is required for all mobile mechanic work. Because we come to you, this deposit covers gas and transportation expenses for the trip to your location.
• All mobile mechanic labor is billed at $80 per hour — a fair, flat rate for every job, from routine maintenance to complex repairs.
• Just like our tech services, every automotive job is handled through a written contract — scope, rates, and terms agreed in writing before we turn a wrench.
• Final payment is processed through your chosen payment processor — secure, documented, and on your terms.
• You get an honest estimate before work begins, and if the job turns out bigger than quoted, we stop and talk to you first.
• Parts are billed at cost with receipts available — we don’t pad part prices to hide labor.
• We accept emergency phone calls — emergency brake repairs, battery jumps, and anything else it takes to get your vehicle safely home, where we can diagnose it further if needed. Call (254) 569-1310.

• We responsibly recycle electronic waste, used parts, and fluids through approved channels.
• Whenever possible, we prioritize repair over replacement to reduce waste — in your garage and in your server room.
