We fix cars — we don't sell data. No third-party ads, no tracking for profit, no exceptions. What you tell us stays between you and your mechanic.

Introduction

Frostline Mobile Automotive Services is operated by Frostline Solutions LLC ("Frostline," "we," "our," or "us") in Copperas Cove, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through this site and in the course of servicing your vehicle, why we collect it, and how we protect it. The same No Compromise standard we hold our repairs to applies to your data:

  • No selling or trading your data — ever.
  • No unnecessary tracking — just what's essential to run the service.
  • Full transparency about what we collect, why, and how it's protected.

Information We Collect

Personal Information

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

  • Create a Frostline account (accounts are shared with frostlinesolutions.com)
  • Join the Mobile Automotive waitlist (name, email, phone number, ZIP code)
  • Call or message us to schedule service
  • Submit the contact form
  • Purchase merch from our store

Vehicle & Service Information

To do the job right, we keep records of the work we perform:

  • Vehicle details (year, make, model, mileage, VIN where relevant)
  • Service location (your address or wherever the vehicle sits)
  • Diagnosis notes, work performed, and parts installed
  • Written contracts, quotes, and invoices

Payment Information

Deposits and final payments are handled through your chosen payment processor. We never see or store your full card details — payment processing is handled entirely by the processor, and we keep only the transaction record (amount, date, and what it covered).

Merch Orders

Our merch store is fulfilled by Fourthwall. When you place an order, your name, email, shipping address, and order contents are shared with Fourthwall and its shipping partners solely to fulfill your order. Payment is processed by Fourthwall — we never receive your card details.

Device Information

When you visit this site, we automatically collect basic technical details — IP address, browser type, pages visited — used only for security (rate limiting, abuse prevention) and to keep the site working. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

How We Use Your Information

  • Scheduling, performing, and following up on vehicle service
  • Contacting you about your waitlist spot, quotes, or active jobs
  • Fulfilling merch orders
  • Maintaining service history so future work is faster and better informed
  • Securing accounts and preventing abuse
  • Meeting legal, tax, and warranty obligations

When We Share Information

Only when the job requires it, and never for profit:

  • Parts suppliers — vehicle details needed to order the correct part (we order parts only after your job is confirmed)
  • Payment processors — to take deposits and final payment
  • Fourthwall — to fulfill merch orders
  • Legal requirements — if validly required by law enforcement or court order

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Your service records are shared with no one but you.

One Account, One Company

Frostline Mobile Automotive is part of Frostline Solutions LLC. If you have a Frostline account, the same login works here and on frostlinesolutions.com, and your account data is governed by both this policy and the Frostline Solutions Privacy Policy. Where the two differ, the stricter protection applies.

Data Retention

  • Service records — kept while you remain a customer and as required for tax and warranty purposes
  • Waitlist entries — kept until you're served or ask to be removed
  • Contact form messages — used to respond to you, not stored in a marketing database
  • Accounts — retained until you delete your account

Your Rights

You can, at any time:

  • Ask what information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct or delete it (subject to records we're legally required to keep)
  • Be removed from the waitlist
  • Delete your Frostline account

Security

Your data lives on infrastructure we build and harden ourselves — encrypted in transit, access-controlled, and monitored. The same engineers who secure Frostline's servers are responsible for protecting your service records.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be called out plainly — no burying the lede.
