No Compromise on Privacy
We will never share your data unless absolutely necessary for service delivery. No third-party ads. No tracking for profit. No exceptions. Your data stays yours.
Introduction

When you interact with Frostline — online or in-person — you trust us with your information. We honor that trust by designing our systems to minimize exposure, collect only what’s necessary, and never compromise on security or user rights.

Third-Party & Aftermarket PC Parts
Frostline Solutions LLC does not accept liability for failures, malfunctions, or damages that occur as a result of third-party or aftermarket PC components provided by the client. Installation of any non-OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or user-supplied parts is done strictly at the client’s risk and request.
Clients acknowledge that by requesting the installation of such components, they assume all responsibility for performance, compatibility, and any resulting failures or loss of manufacturer warranty. Frostline makes no guarantees regarding the integrity or safety of external hardware that was not sourced or recommended by our team.
In accordance with applicable business and commerce laws, our liability is limited to the services performed and does not extend to third-party product quality, design defects, or operational risks associated with client-supplied materials.
These terms are legally supported by Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code §82.003 and Texas Business & Commerce Code §2.316, which outline the limits of liability for non-manufacturing service providers and the exclusion of implied warranties on third-party components.

Deposits and Refunds
For development work, a $10 deposit is required before work begins. This deposit is non-refundable. Final payment is billed at $25 per hour based on time tracked, with a detailed breakdown provided before delivery.
For diagnostic services, a $50 deposit is required. This deposit is refundable only if the issue can be quickly fixed without requiring further service. If the device requires repair or additional service, it will convert to a billable service upon your approval.
Service labor is charged at $25 per hour. If the service exceeds the expected time based on our handbooks, a flat rate will be charged instead, justified by the time and complexity involved.
